Responsibilities:
» Provide administrative support to Finance, Operations, and Human Resources
» Manage the issuance of invoices in a complex billing environment including annual contract renewal notifications and follow-up
» Calculation of sales taxes
» Collect, manage and resolve outstanding invoices on past due accounts
» Reconcile accounts monthly
» Coordinate recruitment process including resume tracking, and interview scheduling
» Assist in other areas as requested

Video Analytics QA Representative
Miovision has an innovative, industry-leading video-based solution to a persistent transportation problem - and we need accurate, dependable part-time quality assurance people to help evaluate the latest builds of our video analytics software. The successful candidates will participate in testing our video solution for accuracy and stability. Involved in this process is (1) tracking vehicles in traffic video, and (2) rigorous use of the Miovision web-based platform to interpret and store results.
The ideal candidates are detail-oriented and responsible, and comfortable with common Microsoft Office applications and standard web-browsing activities.
